SUMMARY: Directs and oversees Support Services Departments, to include Facilities, EVS, the Call Center, Purchasing, Imaging, Laboratory, Marketing, Communications, Community Relations (Brand Management), Food Services, Optical Services, and Credentialing. Plans, develops and implements policies, programs and practices in support of the Support Services Departments to ensure quality and efficiencies of services. Maintain compliance with regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree required in Business Administration or related field. Master's Degree preferred. Minimum five years of healthcare management experience in a Business/Support or Operations environment required. Knowledge of State, Federal, regulations as it pertains to AAAHC or other recognized accrediting guidelines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Responsible for the development of budgets and assist in cost containment with assigned area(s).

Provide strategic leadership to management to ensure management efficiencies and cost effectiveness in accordance with strategic goals and objectives, policies and applicable regulatory agencies.

Responsible for the day-to-day Support Services operations by facilitating, implementing and monitoring services to align with utilization and quality standards.

Responsible for performance metrics, developing and establishing goals and objectives for each department in Business Services. Capture analysis of data to evaluate review levels in compliance with regulatory agencies.

Develop and implement standardized Support Services policies and procedures.

Review Customer Complaints and resolve patient concerns in conjunction with facility departments and in a timely manner.

Plans, directs staff, organizes and evaluates service deliverables. Provide training and development of staff. Provide Leadership. Act as a liaison between physicians, staff and customers. Engages in physicians and staff problem solving.

Interview, hire, initiate corrective action, termination decisions; monitor employee performance and conduct evaluations.

Act as a consultant to unit leaders in areas of employee relations, recruitment, hire, coach and termination. Assist with preparation and review annual performance evaluations. Facilitate quarterly quality improvement programs and presentation specific to your area of expertise as assigned. Develop policies and procedures assigned. Implement policies and procedures to staff.

Continuously evaluates and seeks to improve standards and methods of nursing care in conjunction with approved RMCPS policies and procedures. Conducts studies and report findings, participation in assigned committees and/or projects.

Assess, initiate, and re-evaluate site procedures to ensure compliance with company policies.

Participate in the development and implementation of business development and marketing plans.

Conduct and participate in meetings as a representative of the Support Services.

Interface with internal and external customers, providing problem-solving abilities.

Keeps CEO informed of issues and concerns affecting the organization.

Responsible for maintaining appropriate staffing levels for the efficient operations of Riverside Medical Clinic.
