The UCLA Medical Hospitality Program (MHP) was developed with and supported by the leadership of the School of Medicine and UCLA Health. This program caters to a high profile clientele and donors to the University of California. This program is structured to provide the highest level of service to each patient.

In this role, you will be in charge of sales and client services and will be responsible for addressing new potential clients for MHP, presenting features & benefits of MHP to prospective clients. Assess client satisfaction with the MHP and ensure optimal integration of MHP within UCLA Health. Work closely with all other MHP staff and back-up other administrative positions as needed. May help support UCLA Comprehensive Health Program, an affiliated program with similar objectives, depending on programmatic needs specified by the Manager/Director.

Salary range: $32.98-$45.40 Hourly

Qualifications

  • Must have ability to work in a demanding and fast-paced environment with high-profile patients/clients.
  • Demonstrable experience with assisting both executive and donor health clientele/patients required.
  • Skill in working independently and following through on assignments with minimal direction.
  • Must have demonstrable and exemplary verbal, electronic, and telephonic communication skills.
  • Ability to represent UCLA in a positive, professional manner and to follow the practice guidelines in maintaining MHP's presence and reputation within the Medical Enterprise.
  • Skill in assessment of customer satisfaction, with multiple metrics.
