The Post Closer - Interim Servicing Specialist I supports mortgage related business strategies and is responsible for answering borrower calls and emails regarding payment dates, amounts and payment option types in addition to assisting in the generation of monthly billing statements and check requests for escrow disbursement.Job Details

What You'll Do:
* Communicate over the phone and in writing with borrowers regarding payment dates and amounts
* Validate payment information
* Generate monthly billing statements
* Process monthly mortgage payments
* Disburse escrow payments
* Review insurance policies for adequate coverage and payment
* Issue transfer notices
* Perform other duties as assigned

* Minimum 2 years mortgage or banking experience preferred
* Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
* Encompass experience preferred
* Excellent work ethic, high productivity and acute attention to detail
* Must possess a short learning curve related to integration of new skills and tasks
* Superior written and verbal communication, follow up skills and a strong sense of accountability
* Stellar organization skills
* Ability to multi-task and quickly adapt to changing work assignments
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
This position is considered a non-exempt position for purposes of wage-hour law, which means that you will be required to keep a time record and will be eligible for overtime pay.
