Job Title: Cost Controller Assistant
Rate: $40-$43 per hour
Duration: 6 months
Location: Baytown/Onsite

Responsibilities:
The Turnaround Cost Assistant helps the Controller track their spending for a turnaround.

Expectations:
* Update assignment table for turnaround core team
* Compile/maintain combined staffing plan
* Cost Control Timekeeper Meeting
* Lead Contractor weekly meetings via Teams
* Distribute Job Number List - capital/maintenance
* Distribute Daily Force Report
* Maintain Non AES force report
* Audit timesheets
* View/endorse invoices
* Audit of contractor invoices
* Submit request to close completed purchase orders
* Create service requisitions
* Maintain/Increase requisitions

Skill:
Microsoft Office suite; Advanced Excel skills (create & maintain graphs, pivot tables, etc.) SAP preferredSKil:

Must have valid TWIC Card
