This range takes into account a variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Salary offers are determined based on the final candidate's qualifications and experience, as well as internal equity and other internal factors. Job Description Summary | The Assistant / Associate Director is an integral member of the Office of Undergraduate Admission's professional staff charged with recruiting, selecting, and yielding the first year and transfer classes. As such, they have general admission officer responsibilities, including but not limited to, serving in a public relations and informational role with prospective applicants, their parents and their high school guidance counselors, both in the office and on the road; traveling to specific, assigned regions; managing a specific reading territory; attending college fairs; presenting informational programs and developing collegial relationships with school personnel and identifying and recruiting appropriate applicants from those areas. Other special projects include, but are not limited to, the continued development and coordination of enrollment strategies related to College Board Search, Marketview, and other analytical tools used to achieve broad enrollment goals for the entering First Year cohort. Assistance with in-office procedures and management, such as the transcript evaluation process, leading a team during the committee/selection process and coordinating the overall undergraduate staff on territory development and onboarding of new staff. Participation in professional development activities and associations. Demonstrated program management or project management as well as professional staff oversight is required for the Associate Director level. Related projects as assigned. |
